This return policy applies to the United Kingdom.
Right of Return
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Products can be returned easily. If you are not satisfied with your order, if you received an incorrect product, or if the product is defective or unsuitable, you can contact our customer service team at info@dupont-fashion.com for assistance in returning the product and obtaining a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. In addition, the product must be in its original packaging.
Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Actual return shipping fees must be paid directly to the carrier. This applies both to unsatisfactory products and to non-defective products.
Please note: In some cases, you may be required to return the product to China, which can result in high return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for the order, within 7 days.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, or refunds may be denied:

Any item not in its original condition or damaged.

Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Customized items such as certain rings and custom-made jewelry; in the case of return, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
